The previous gathering at Jones park was a success with about 2 dozen folks showing up. Let's do it again this Friday, July 17 at 6PM. Bring a lawn chair, your favorite beverage and a maybe a snack or a carry-out meal. Gathering will be at the rear of Jones park near the Lagoon Pavilion. The large grassy shaded area lent itself well to folks setting up lawn chairs 6 feet apart but still able to visit and catch up with friends you hadn't seen in several months. Bring bug spray too. When the wind died down the bugs got bad.
We have to do things differently this year!
