What is this?
It’s that time of year to dust off those favorite recipes and bring your crockpots of soup or chili to share with your friends at the EISC Soup & Chili Cook-off. Prizes will be awarded for your efforts -- or if you prefer, you can bring a good snack or dessert to share.
Everyone is welcome to come to the Red Cedar Lodge at Wanatee Park, Marion on
Saturday, January 20th for our monthly meeting. Invite your friends and introduce them to EISC.
The lodge will be open for us from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m. We’re hoping for snow by then, so you can bring your sleds, cross country skis or snowshoes. Or you can take a winter hike on the park trails.
Feel free to bring your card games, dominos, or any other indoor activities for more fun. We will eat around 5:00 pm with our regular meeting to follow. Please bring your own festive beverages. We will provide the pop, water, soup bowls, and tableware.
So come on out to Wanatee Park, Red Cedar Lodge for fun and friends at the EISC Soup & Chili Cook-off!
