In honor of Cinco de Mayo, 18 members attended the EISC Culinary event at Villa's Patio in Cedar Rapids. This was a sizable group. The restaurant had to add another table. Entrees included fajitas, enchiladas and much more. We all enjoyed good food, drinks and conversation. Thank you to Janet Stimson for coordinating.
The next culinary event will be at Big Grove Brewery & Taproom, 170 1st St SW, Cedar Rapids on June 4th at 6:00 pm (next to the Pickle Palace). A large parking lot is available on First Avenue. Please RSVP to Bill Clark at bill@eastiowaskiclub.com by Sunday, June 2nd if you are attending. This will allow us to give the restaurant an accurate count. Thank you!
