HAPPY NEW YEAR…and onward to 2025!
I want to make this a message of thanks. We all have many things to be thankful for – be it friends, family, health, blessings. Every one of us contributes something to the East Iowa Ski Club. It takes many volunteers to make an organization successful.
Thanks to our board, to our trip leaders, to those who set up tables and chairs, to those who bring treats to share and potluck food favorites, and to those who come to share friendship, and enjoy this group. We appreciate you all.
Speaking of the board…Special thanks also to Mary Day. Mary is “retiring again” from the board after many years of service over the duration of her EISC membership. She has most recently served as secretary, but also in membership, special activities & trips, and as president. She has hosted many board meetings at her home. To her we are thankful.
At the December meeting we displayed a new vinyl banner for EISC. Special thanks go to Todd Eadie for finding a vendor and coordinating this new addition for club promotion – in addition to the existing feather flag.
