The City of Cedar Rapids is partnering with Linn County to complete a Trails and Bikeways Plan! This Plan will replace the City’s existing Comprehensive Trails Plan and Map adopted in 2012. Since the Plan’s original adoption over 10 years ago, the City has made significant strides in trail and bikeway development, including doubling the miles of trails and adding over 50 miles of new on-street bikeways.
Upcoming Engagement Events and Opportunities
The City and County are seeking feedback on the Trail and Bikeway network. Tell us what you think by completing the online questionnaire, interactive mapping survey, and/or attending an in-person event! If you provide your feedback online, don't forget to complete both the questionnaire and mapping survey. Both will be available through June 16, 2023.
Below is the path to the survey. Please add the EISC opinion into the mix by completing the survey. The Linn County Trails Association does a great job working with the city and keeping our growing trail system on everyone’s minds. It is good to get a chance to help with our input.
