Becky Fenelon and friends are heading to Baraboo to ski the weekend of February 9-11.
This is the same weekend that EISC went to Baraboo last year. As it was last year, this is Super Bowl weekend. We found out that it's a great time to ski the typically-busy Cascade Mountain because many folks stay home for Super Bowl.
Feel free to join us for all or part of the weekend. Even if you want to watch the Super Bowl, there is still time to ski Sunday and get back in time.
Our Plans:
- Friday: We'll drive up in the afternoon. Dinner at a location of your choice. We will be at the Little Village Cafe downtown and might head to the AL. Ringling Brewing Co nearby. It's a historical mansion and brewery that is adjoined to the home of founder AL. Ringling of the Ringling Brow Circus. Our current loding plan is the Fairfield Inn but that may change before then. There are several hotels in town.
- Saturday: Ski Devil's Head. Group dinner somewhere if you want to join us.
- Sunday: Ski Cascade Mountain. Pre-purchase is required at Cascade on the weekends and peak days. Drive home.
