The next culinary event will be at SuYu Pei, 3200 16th Ave SW Ste D, Cedar Rapids on Thursday, July 11th at 6:00 pm (across from Walgreens, west of Highway 151). A large parking lot is available. Operated by David Pei, who was the manager and head chef at Pei’s Mandarin, for those who remember that place. Please RSVP to Bill Clark at Members@EastIowaSkiClub.com by Tuesday, July 9th if you are attending. This will allow us to give the restaurant an accurate count. Thank you!
