Join your friends for a fun evening of learning how to pair food and wine. David Rettig is the owner, winemaker and is a Certified Wine Specialist at White Cross Cellars. These are not your typical Amana fruit wines!  David produces everything from dry whites, German style reislings, tasty reds and a delicious port style.  Appetizers to complement the wines will be served.  Due to space constraints, only 10 people can attend (we already have 7 members signed up).  Cost is $25 per person.  For those who are interested, we'll have dinner at the Ox Yoke Inn afterwards.  Please send your check made out to EISC and send it to the post office box by October 20th.  Also let me know if you want to attend dinner so I can make a reservation.  Send an email to AdventureTripCoordinator@eastiowaskiclub.com
