What great way to be with friends/family and help raise money for those in need in our community! Sunshine, a little wind, smiling faces…great weather to be a volunteer!
The Salvation Army could not provide the amount for each of our sessions as they only collected the buckets at the end of the last shift or if the bucket was full. For the dates and times at the locations where our members were ringing, below is the total for those locations:
Theisen’s--December 6th--$238.90
Fleet Farm--December 7th--$502.22
The Salvation Army is very appreciative of our help each year. Let's keep this tradition going and perhaps expanding to other locations for our members who do not live in the Cedar Rapids area.
