Culinary Night
Twelve members attended the January EISC Culinary event at Mandarin Spice in Cedar Rapids. This is my first time at this Asian restaurant; several people commented that it is one of their favorites. The food was flavorful with a lot of variety from which to choose, portion sizes were good, with several people taking home leftovers, and prices were very reasonable. We all enjoyed good food, drinks, and conversation; so much so, that I neglected to get a picture of the group (the names and faces have been hidden to protect the guilty!)
