If you are like me, you have driven by Phong Lan Restaurant many times on 8th Street on your way to I-380 and never noticed it. Sixteen hungry EISC foodies dined there on April 10th and had delicious Vietnamese meals. We had many tasty menu selections such as 8.7, 4.2, 7.4 and S16. Most impressive was that the chef was also our hostess, waiter, and cashier (and I suspect, dishwasher). He did it all, yet the food was yummy and it was served in a timely manner.
